Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of CC Cooper City Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services Description
CC Cooper City Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services in Cooper City, FL, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, sidewalks, decorative concrete, and commercial flatwork.
All services are subject to availability and are provided based on written estimates and agreements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by CC Cooper City Concrete are good for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on site conditions at the time of inspection. If conditions change or additional work is required, we will provide a revised estimate before proceeding.
Final pricing may vary from estimates if unforeseen circumstances arise, such as poor soil conditions, hidden utilities, or changes in project scope. We will communicate any potential cost changes to you before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate and contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property and pursue collection through legal means. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project based on weather, material availability, and our current schedule. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, permit delays, or material shortages. We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
Permits and Regulations
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for your project unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will assist with permit applications when requested, but cannot guarantee approval or timeline. All work will be performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance during construction. You are responsible for protecting any landscaping, structures, or property that you do not want disturbed.
While we take precautions to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other items not clearly marked or disclosed prior to work beginning.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship. Structural defects caused by our installation will be repaired at no charge within one year of project completion. This warranty does not cover issues caused by soil settlement, improper maintenance, extreme weather events, or damage caused by third parties.
Concrete may develop minor cosmetic cracks as it cures and settles. Small hairline cracks are normal and do not indicate a structural problem. Color variations in decorative concrete are also normal and add to the natural appearance of the finished product.
Limitation of Liability
CC Cooper City Concrete's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit if materials have been ordered or work has already begun.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
